It all started nearly two years ago; my earpiece sleeves kept sliding off. We happened to drop in on Mark and in 15 minutes he replaced a rotten design with an excellent solution. Oh these frames were not from his store but he helped anyway. My wife was impressed with the stylish selection of frames, so when my aforementioned frames broke we went to see him. Excellent idea. It took maybe four minutes to find new frames and Mark recut my lenses to fit. I’m really delighted, and impressed. Great guy, great service and superb selection. No wonder his family has been doing this since forever. Thank you Mark.

Stopped in to get my glasses repaired. Mark and his dog were so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the store is so nice and comforting. He fixed me up in no time and no charge! I'm definitely going here for my next prescription.

I had a ripped partial contact in my eye and couldn't get it out myself. Luckily, Spectacles was open on the Saturday of the Easter weekend. Marc was very helpful, getting it out quickly. He also adjusted my glasses while I was there. Highly recommend Spectacles for going above and beyond!

I was in town for a week visiting and broke the nose piece in my glasses... Saw this shop while walking down town and decided to see if I could get them repaired. On entering I was greeted by a very friendly, beautiful dog.. the also very friendly gentleman working, who I assume was the owner, quickly repaired my glasses... At no charge! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! My husband broke his glasses while camping and needed them fixed ASAP! we went in and he fixed them up within 10 mins! Great customer service

A pair of rimless glasses were in need of repair on the Saturday of a summer long weekend. I arrived with less than 15 minutes before closing time. The gauge of the line needed for the repair was very thin. Marc persisted past closing time to find the right gauge and sent me on my way with the glasses repaired. He also has a unique COVID-19 plexiglass shield at his desk that he made himself. Go visit him and check it out!
